A public information meeting will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011, beginning at 7 p.m. at the BMO Centre (Multi Purpose Room), 61 Gary Martin Drive, Bedford, to discuss the following application:

Case No. 16877 – Application by Clayton Developments Limited for a substantial amendment to the existing development agreement for Bedford South (Neighbourhoods E, F and Commercial Area), to consider the development of 28 townhouse units on a private driveway. The proposed development is to be located south of Oceanview Drive, west of Nine Mile Drive, and north of Larry Uteck Boulevard, Bedford.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive feedback regarding the above-noted application. The applicant will be present to discuss the proposal. Planning staff will be present to discuss the process and the application with respect to the provisions of the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law for Bedford.

The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend to seek information about the proposal and/or express any comments which they may have.
