The government is increasing the reward in the missing persons case of Devon Sinclair Marsman to $250,000.
Family members reported 16-year-old Devon missing on March 4, 2022. He is described as an African Nova Scotian youth, about five feet tall and 100 pounds, with blue-green eyes and short dark hair. When last seen, he was wearing a hooded sweater and jeans.
