Monday, Oct. 6, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Birmingham Street in Halifax will be closed to traffic between Spring Garden Road and Clyde Street beginning tomorrow (Tuesday), and going through to Friday to accommodate the installation of a natural gas main. The street will not reopen overnight.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this closure, or the installation work, may cause.
