Wednesday, May 21, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Carver Street between Day Avenue and Elizabeth Street will be closed on Thursday, May 22, to accommodate work on a sanitation main in the area.

The road closure will be in place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. There will be a detour in place during this closure. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
