Monday, July 15, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Beginning today, Monday, July 15 and continuing until Wednesday July 17 (weather permitting), road construction will take place on Cole Harbour Road/Portland Street from Otago Drive to Portland Estates Boulevard.
During this work, there will be lane drops in place. Motorists should expect delays and are requested to find alternate routes. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
