Monday, September 9, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Today, September 9, 2013 there will be road construction on the Joe Howe Drive from the Armdale Roundabout to Springvale Avenue.

During this time there will be stop and go traffic. Motorists are advised to expect delays and are requested to find alternate routes. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
