Wednesday, September 18, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Road construction will take place on Thursday, September 19, and Friday, September 20, along Joseph Howe Drive from the Armdale Rotary (roundabout) to Springvale Avenue.
During this time there will be stop and go traffic.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and are requested to find alternative routes. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
