Friday, May 16, 2014 – On Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday May 21, road construction will take place on Joseph Howe Drive between Springvale and the Highway 102 ramps, weather permitting.

During this time, lane drops will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
