Robbery in Bedford

Robbery in Bedford On August 1, 2012, at 9:55 p.m. HRP officers responded to a robbery call in the area of Rutledge Street and Pleasant Street in Bedford.

Information received was that a female victim was walking in the 100 block of Rutledge Street when she was approached from behind by a male suspect whom she believed had a gun.

The suspect demanded and received money and personal effects. Containment was set up but the K9 track was negative. The female victim was not injured during the incident and that matter remains under investigation.

Suspect Description : White male, 5’10-6′”0, average build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and dark Nike sneakers
