Robie Street road work

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect delays on Robie Street, between Belmont Road and Inglis Street, on Wednesday, September 9.

Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to facilitate water lead service renewal and road reinstatement. This work will require the signals to be shut down at the intersection of Inglis and Robie streets.

The southbound lane will be closed. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the northbound lane while work is underway. Traffic control personnel will be in place to direct motorists, cyclists and pedestrians around the work site while the signals are shut down.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Your patience is appreciated while this work is completed.
