The Resource Opportunities Centre (ROC) will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 24th – 7pm at the ROC, located in the Terence Bay Elementary school. (map)
At our Annual General meeting the Board of Directors will deliver their yearly report, along with our financial standings and activities of the board moving forward as the volunteer management board of the new Prospect Road Community Centre.
In addition, a Special Resolution to change the organizations bylaws will be brought forward at this meeting.  A warm welcome to all is extended – we hope to see you there. RSVP of attendance is encouraged and appreciated to Carol Anne Little at carolanne@prospectcommunities.com.
