The claimant alleges he was discriminated against because of his physical disability.

The respondents deny any discrimination and say the company fully met its duty to accommodate the complainant.

The board of inquiry is scheduled to be heard Feb. 3 and 4, and Feb. 10 to 14, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day, in the Sister Margaret Flahiff Room at the Atlantic School of Theology, 660 Franklyn St., Halifax. The board chair is Walter Thompson.
