On Tuesday, October 20, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking work to replace a water main valve on Rutledge Street near its intersection with the Bedford Highway. This work will take place between 10:00 AM and approximately noon.
During this work, Rutledge Street will be closed Bedford Highway and Bedford Street.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
