Haligonia's Ryan Gannon was at Citadel Hill this morning as Canada's Minister of the Environment Peter Kent, Defence Minister Peter MacKay and the Premier Darrell Dexter signed an agreement solidifying Sable Island's status as a National Park Reserve, protecting its landscape and culture for the future.
