Safe stolen during break and enter

Halifax District RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter in to a business in the 900 block on Windgate Rd. in Beaver Bank on Monday morning.

Sometime between 11:00 p.m. on Sunday evening and 11:00 a.m. on Monday morning, suspects entered the business and stole a safe that contained an undisclosed amount of money.

RCMP Forensic Identification Section and Halifax Regional Police K-9 assisted with the investigation. The investigation is continuing and is being led by the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
