An independent Nova Scotia human rights restorative board of inquiry in the case of Sandra Wakeham of Dartmouth, v. Nova Scotia Department of Environment, Halifax, is scheduled to begin on Monday, Jan. 11.

The board of inquiry will begin at 11 a.m. at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, board of inquiry hearing room, Suite 305, 5657 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax.

The board chair is Kathryn Raymond, who is independent of the commission. The commission is representing the public.
