An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry in the case of Sandra Wakeham of Dartmouth v. Nova Scotia Department of Environment, Halifax, is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 27.
The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission Board of Inquiry Hearing Room, 5657 Spring Garden Rd., Park Lane Terraces, Suite 305.
The board chair is Kathryn Raymond, who is independent of the commission. The commission is representing the public interest.
