An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry in the case of Sandra Wakeham v. Nova Scotia Department of Environment, is scheduled to reconvene Tuesday, Aug. 2.
The board of inquiry will begin at 2 p.m. at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission Board of Inquiry Hearing Room, 5657 Spring Garden Rd., Park Lane Terraces suite 305.
The board chair is Kathryn Raymond, who is independent of the commission, which is a party representing the public interest at the board of inquiry.
