At 7:40 p.m. on May 19, members of the Special Enforcement Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division with the assistance of the West Quick Response Unit executed a search warrant in a unit at an apartment building on Friesian Court. As a result of the search, a substantialquantity of cocaine was seized along with drug paraphernalia and a sum of cash. Officers arrested two men without incident during the search, and a woman later turned herself in and was arrested without incident at Police Headquarters at 1:26 a.m.

Forty-one-year-old Robert Souza Walker, a 31-year-old man, and 26-year-old Kaitlyn Hope Bowen, all of Halifax, each face charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial court today.
