Seniors Network Bus Trip to the Valley – Monday 19th October

This year for our Fall Bus Trip, we drove to the Valley and visited the Pumpkin People in the Kentville  Area.  The weather did not co-operate very well as it was a rainy-very cold day. However – being versatile – 47 hardy seniors started out from the Legion at 9 a.m.

Peter Jollimore was our Tour Director – and as he knows us pretty well by now – he arranged for a pit stop at Tim Hortons in Windsor for a coffee break etc. After loading up again (still with 47) Peter made a change in plans – (we were originally scheduled to visit Noggins Farm to tour the corn maze, wagon rides, pick apples etc) but due to the weather, he arranged for us to do some wine tasting. – I guess he figured that we needed to warm up.
