Obviously since this is Natural Mommie, you all know I’m a fan of eco cleaners. But I’m also a little bit obsessed with cleaning so whether eco-friendly or not, the products that I use have to work well, smell great if they’re scented and be non-toxic. I don’t like worrying about my little ones getting into cleaners that could hurt them and because of products like those from  Seventh Generation I don’t have to lock the cupboard under my sink. I’ll admit though that I do have my little group of favorites that I stick with for the most part. Time to invite some of the new kids in!

I’ve been giving several Seventh Generation cleaning products a try for a few weeks now and I was instantly a fan. I enjoy the lightly scented Natural Dish Liquid Soap {lavender floral & mint pictured above – center} – nice and bubbly and it gets the job done. It’s quite concentrated so you don’t need a lot which is going to stretch your dollar a little further. Score.

The HE Liquid Fabric Softener in Blue Eucalyptus & Lavender smells really nice coming out of the washer and once it’s dried the scent is gone. My towels are super soft and don’t feel waxy with residue. It comes in free and clear if you or a family member is ultra sensitive to scents.

The eco-friendly shower cleaner makes maintaining a clean shower simple. I started with a squeaky clean shower so that I just have to use this spray daily after showers and now deep cleanings are fewer in between. Instead of harsh chemicals, it’s made with hydrogen peroxide and it leaves our stand up shower smelling fresh and the walls and glass are still sparkly clean after a week’s worth of showers. Usually by this time the glass is looking pretty filmy. The scent is Green Mandarin & Leaf, but don’t expect a strong lingering scent – it’s gone once it dries which is perfect for us!
