Nova Scotia Mounties and Halifax Regional Police officers will be shaving off their Movember fuzz.

Throughout the month of November, Halifax Regional Police and Nova Scotia RCMP have been involved in a friendly Movember police challenge. Over 100 people from both organizations managed to raise over $14-thousand for prostate cancer initiatives.

To mark the end of Movember, police from both organizations are planning a group shave.

Trained professional groomers will be on hand to assist with Operation Stiff Upper Lip. Senior officers from both organizations will be getting a close shave, as well as the top fund raisers.
