Shelburne RCMP lay charges in pedestrian/motor vehicle collision, Shelburne, N.S.

Shelburne RCMP have charged a man following an investigation into a pedestrian/motor vehicle collision.

On November 1st , 2014, two Shelburne males, ages 20 and 21, sustained injuries after being struck by a vehicle while walking on Highway 103 near Shelburne.

Forty-nine year old William (Bill) Douglas Williams of Shelburne was charged with two counts of Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm, two counts of Assault with a Weapon and one count of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Williams is scheduled to appear in Shelburne Provincial Court on March 18th, 2015.

The matter remains under investigation.
