Halifax Regional Police responded to a call of theft of a motor vehicle from Parker St, Dartmouth, Police located the vehicle a short while later and a pursuit was initiated but was called off, a few minutes later the suspect vehicle hit a tree on the 400 Block of Portland St, two female parties have been arrested at the scene, the matter is still under investigation at this time.
