SHORT PRESENTS X HUFF POST STYLE

There are moments in your career that you know you’ll never forget. Moments when you know your hustle is finally paying off. For anyone who dreams big, and sets the bar really high you know there are little markers of success that you set out for yourself, and as John Mayer says this the key to happiness in your success. Because if you never set these out beforehand you’ll never feel like what you’ve done is good enough. While I might not feel like what I’m doing is quite good enough all the time, and I’m the worst one for passing things off, and moving towards the next thing, but this my friend is something I’m really happy about, and very proud to be a part of.
I’d been writing for numerous publications for quite some time, and never really feeling like I belonged anywhere or had anything of my own: that was until now.

I couldn’t be happier (and I mean I fully did a little victory dance) when I got the news that I was being offered my very own franchise with Huff Post Style. No I’m not opening up my own McDonalds restaurant, what the franchise means is that I’m contributing to a bi-weekly style article (yay! to reoccurring paid work) titled “style rescue” in which I answer some needed style advice.
To date, I’ve written two articles for the “Style Rescue” franchise, and I can’t wait to get started on more.
Before you leave I would just like to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support blog reader because without you none of this would be possible. So a million times thank you.
xx
