Shots fired at home, police investigating

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is seeking information in relation to shots fired at a home in East Preston.

On March 2, 2024, at approximately 6:36 p.m., Halifax District RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence located on William St. in East Preston. Officers found damage consistent with bullet holes in the exterior of the home. Nobody was injured in the incident.

A white four door sedan was observed near the residence before the shooting. At this time, officers do not believe the incident was random
