Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Halifax District are investigating shots fired off Popular Drive in the Settle Lake area at 11:40 P.M. last night.
RCMP are investigating that there was a group of people down by the lake when a fight broke out between two people. During the fight between the two another male pulled a shot gun out and fired at least one shot into the air to break the fight up. All parties left the area at this time. RCMP attended the Settle Lake area and completed a search and seized a pouch containing shot gun shells.
