Shots fired in Cole Harbour, Cole Harbour, N.S.

Halifax District RCMP are investigating shots fired at a home in Cole Harbour.

This morning at approximately 1:55a.m., a single gunshot was heard on Arklow Drive, Forest Hills. RCMP responded and located a nearby residence that had been struck with a number of buckshot pellets.

No one was injured in this incident, but it is not known at this time what the intention was of the shooting. RCMP have been provided with a description of a vehicle believed to have been involved and are continuing to investigate.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash reward from $50 – $2000.
