Sinclair Williams, Dartmouth’s First Black Police Officer, Passes Away

On Tuesday May 6th, 2014  Nova Scotia lost a local hero. Sinclair Williams of East Preston was the first black police officer of Dartmouth N.S.

This video was created by Pink Dog Productions as part of the empowerful workshops where seniors & youth from East Preston worked together to do research about hero’s from their community. At the end of the proccess the whole community came togerher for a meeting to pick which community hero would have the honor of having a video created to tell their story.
