The Skate Park at the Captain William Spry Community Centre is complete and already being well-used. There will be an opening Skate Park Gala on May 7, between 1pm and 4pm.

The HRM Mobile SkatePark has been invited to bring equipment and extra obstacles, and the three-person team will demonstrate skating techniques and safety. Local adult skaters will also be on hand to help out. Everyone is invited! Here are some pictures of skaters using the park, taken April 22.
