Monday, Aug. 22, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists there will be a rolling street closure tomorrow on Smallwood Avenue between Gander and Serpentine avenues. Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., performing echelon paving. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
