Smith v. Capital District Health Authority Inquiry Set

An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry in the case of Tony Smith v. Capital District Health Authority is scheduled to begin Tuesday, April 7.

Mr. Smith alleges he was discriminated against because of race or colour, and disability while employed by the authority.

The health authority denies the allegation.

The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m., in the Elm Room, Future Inns, 30 Fairfax Dr., Halifax.

The board chair is Donald Murray, who is independent of the commission, which is representing the public interest at the inquiry.
