Snow Removal Under Fire

Councilors Tim Outhit, Jackie Barkhouse and the Mayor all chimed in on Friday's storm and the city's snow removal efforts.  Many drivers spent upwards of four hours in traffic for what is usually a 20 minute commute.  Mayor Peter Kelly tells Metro Halifax “It’s not the service I think that the taxpayers expect. But not having all the details of where we went wrong is one that I will certainly be digging into to see what we can do to make sure we are prepared in terms of the forecast and in terms of the operations”.
