Provincial government offices on Cape Breton Island (Inverness, Richmond and Victoria counties and Cape Breton Regional Municipality) will delay opening today, April 9, until 10 a.m. due to weather and road conditions.

Provincial government offices in all other areas of the province will open as usual.
