Provincial government offices in Victoria, Inverness, Richmond, Cape Breton, Guysborough, Antigonish and Pictou counties will delay opening today, Jan. 30, until 10 a.m. due to weather and road conditions.

Provincial government offices in all other areas of the province will open as usual.
