South-End Irving station robbed, two suspects

Halifax Police Release:

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred this evening in Halifax.

At approximately 9:45 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery that had just occurred at the Circle K Convenience Store/Irving Gas Station located at 5450 Inglis Street in Halifax.  2 male suspects entered the store, forcing their way behind the cash area, where they stole cigarettes and food items. Staff member working at the time of this incident was not injured. No weapons seen. Both suspects fled area on foot, in an unknown direction of travel.

First suspect is described as a light skinned male with a brown goatee, wearing a grey hoodie with the #22 on it and a brown jacket. Second suspect is described as a medium skinned male, thin build, with a neck tattoo, wearing a black collared shirt and a black bucket-style hat with dinosaur pattern. Both males are described as being in their 20’s.
