Today is a good day!!!

I’ve been talking with the Owner/Operator of Evolve Fitness Mathew Benvie, a personal fitness trainer certified with CPTN, since before Christmas about my site and his business and about what we could do together as a team.  We both have a passion for fitness and have skillsets that can possibly compliment each other, mine being my site and his being his fitness studio, and we decided to meet on Sunday to talk about what YourInnerSkinny.ca and Evlove Fitness can do to partner up and help each other.

Evolve Fitness is a private personal training studio located in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia that specializes in weight loss/toning, weight gain and sport specific training and as a reader of this site hopefully you know I’m here to help promote weight loss, healthy living, fitness and all that good ness that surrounds them.

We bounced a lot of ideas off of each other and have come up with our first plan of action… A GIVEAWAY!!!!  This is YourInnerSkinny’s first giveaway and I’m happy to have Evolve Fitness as the prize.  I’ll have the details worked out tonight or tomorrow but I just wanted to get some anticipation built up around this giveaway and the partnership in general between myself and Matt and introduce him and Evolve Fitness to those of you if you don’t already know who he is and what he does.
