As I mentioned yesterday, I’ve partnered up with Evolve Fitness to help me out with my first contest as well as to be a regular contributor to the site by giving fitness tips and exercises. We’re both very excited about this partnership and about helping people learn to train better, get into shape or lose those last few pounds you have been struggling with. Whatever level of expertise you have, it’s always nice to learn something new from a trained professional.
So here it is, our first prize as a team.
Prize: Three 2 hr personal training sessions with Matt at Evolve Fitness.
How to Enter (there are a few ways):
Contest is open to Canadian and US residents (although you have to go to Evolve Fitness, located at 5545 Clyde St. in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia for the training sessions). I will use a random number generator to chose a winner on Wednesday, February 3rd at 12:30pm Atlantic Standard Time.
