So, where do I start?
There are three or four things that I think cause my migraines; Booze, stress, lack of sleep… And cigars. Two of these things are easy to test right off the bat; Booze and cigars. So as of this week, I’ve decided to not drink for a bit and see what happens. I don’t usually smoke cigars unless I’m drinking so that takes care of that as well. Last time I went a month without booze, I lost 8 lbs. I wonder if I’ll see the same results this time?
Now seeing as I’m not drinking, I feel like my weekends will be more eventful when it comes to getting out and doing things like golfing, playing tennis and hitting the gym. Tomorrow we have a tee-time for 8:30am to do 9 holes and I’m not exactly sure what I’ve gotten myself in to taking Gina out golfing, but hopefully we’ll still be a couple by mid-afternoon. When we’re done golfing, and if I haven’t left her at the golf course, we’re going to do the “Chrissy Workout” again (check it out about halfway down the page) and then I’m hanging out with the boys and Gina’s going on a bachelorette party. (Our first true tests of this not drinking thing). I’ve got some softball Sunday and I’m thinking we may hit the tennis courts at some point if it’s nice out. My other plans for the weekend are to do some work and catch up on my sleep.
