Spaghetti Pie Recipe

As requested, here’s my Spaghetti Pie recipe. I’m not sure where I originally found the recipe but I’ve changed it up a bit to make it low-fat.

Ingredients
  1. 10 ozs Spaghetti, cooked
  2. 2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
  3. 1/2 c.
    fat-free parmesan cheese
  1. 1 tsp. salt
  2. 1 1/2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
  3. 12 ozs. fat-free spaghetti sauce
  4. 1 c. low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  5. 2 tbsps fat-free parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13×9 pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine hot spaghetti, eggs, half cup parmesan cheese and salt. Mix well. Pour mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture. Top with spaghetti sauce.
  2. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
