From Environment Canada:
Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.
Total rainfall: 30 to 50 mm, with locally higher amounts possible.
Time span: late this afternoon until Tuesday afternoon.
Remarks: Two heavier pulses of rain are expected, with a break in the rain possible in the overnight hours early Tuesday morning. Very mild temperatures will result in rapid melting of the remaining snowpack.
Localized flooding may occur in areas with poor drainage.
Ensure storm drains and gutters are clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to rainfall amounts.
