There is nothing better than spending time with your friends after a hard week at work; it is the perfect remedy for putting all your stresses and strains behind you. We often tend to stick to the same routine when we organise a girl’s night in; a few (or more!) glasses of wine, lots of chat and maybe even a little dancing.
There is no doubt that these are always fun nights but wouldn’t you like to spice up the night for the next time you have the girls round and give them one to remember? If so, there are plenty of ways you can make the night even more entertaining.
Pamper Time
What do girls love just as much as wine? Pampering! And what better way to spice up your girls night than with some beauty treatments. You will probably find that each of your friends can bring something different to a pamper night; some may be great at nails, while others might be a hair stylist in the making. The bonus is that everyone gets a pamper treatment and completely free of charge! What better way to enjoy a night in with your girl friends.
Games Night
Why not turn your home into a games night for the ladies arriving and really spice up the evening! You may want to reminisce on the old days with some traditional board games such as twister or bring your love of poker (print this out if you’ve forgotten the rules!), roulette and black jack together to create your very own casino. Your friends will love the opportunity to dress up for the evening and play casino games without the hit on their purses. You can even set up your own bar for the overall casino effect!
Clothes Swap
Most of us have loads outfits hanging in our wardrobe or taking up space in our drawers which we will never wear again. Whether they don’t fit anymore or just don’t suit us, sometimes it takes drastic action to get rid of them and make way for some fresh, new outfits. A good way to do this without having to spend anything is to incorporate this into your girl’s night with a clothes swap. Ask your friends to bring any clothes they don’t want and everyone can swap. You can dress up, have a bit of a catwalk show and leave with a full bag of new clothes.
Bake Up
Why not tickle your tastes buds and spice up your girls night with a bake up. Invite your friends to bring their own ingredients and create your own treats. Add some wine tasting to your bake up and you have a night to remember (or not remember in some cases!)
