One of my favorite style bloggers, Andy Torres it sporting the most adorable shirt: the Peplum Top! I’ve been seeing this style around a lot lately, and personally I think it’s adorable.

I especially love how it comes out from the waist with its over sized ruffle; it’s so feminine. I am on the hunt for one of my own.
