This picture was originally shared in Dec 2012 when the project was proposed.

Since then, the project has completed the approval process, but the project was put on hold because the ground level retail tenant, Winsbys Shoes had a lease in place for 5 more years. Winsbys has since broken their contract and plans to close in a month or two. This will make way for the developer to start the project.
