Here is an updated artist rendering of the approved 9 story mixed-use development for Gottingen St right by the Hydrostone Market.

This will be built on the lands of the former St. Joseph’s Church between Kaye and Russel streets. The property was recently sold to a new developer named the LAWEN Group and construction is expected to begin Spring 2014. #Halifax
