Stabbing at fair in Dartmouth

At approximately 7:27 p.m. officers responded to a report of an injured person at the East Coast Amusement fair located at 214 Main Street in Dartmouth. Officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from what are believed to be life-threatening stab wounds. He was transported to hospital for treatment.

The investigation is in the early stages and further information will be provided when it becomes available.

Caledonia Road remains closed to all traffic between Main Street and Roleika Drive to allow officers to investigate the incident.
