Stabbing on Brunswick Street

Members of the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a stabbing that occurred this morning in Halifax.

At approximately 4:33 a.m., police responded to a report of a physical disturbance at an apartment building in the 2300 block of Brunswick Street in Halifax. Officers located a 23-year-old man who had been stabbed. The victim was transported to hospital with what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries.

Officers arrested two men, ages 23 and 26, and a 24-year-old woman at the scene without incident. Investigators believe this is not a random incident.
