Staff Threatened During Robbery On Young Street

On February 13 at 1:44 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the L.K. Yarns store at 5545 Young Street, Halifax for a robbery committed by a man who threatened staff with a knife. There were no injuries. The suspect was described to police as a white man with a dark complexion, 5’6” tall, wearing a bandana to conceal his face, blue jeans and a long black winter jacket with brown fur trim. He fled on foot towards Novalea Drive.
