StanFest 2009. Family. Music. Old friends. New Friends. Rabid music fans in colorful rubber boots. This is the festival we now refer to as “StanFest”. The 13th annual Stan Rogers Music Festival kicked off this Friday, and neither rain, nor muck would keep us away. Performers and volunteers from all around the world converged upon the small coastal town of Canso, where two thirds of the local population was cooperating to make the festival a success.
