A man faces charges after officers located a stolen motor vehicle in Dartmouth yesterday afternoon.
At 2:32 p.m. Community Response Officers observed a vehicle matching the description of a motor vehicle reported stolen from New Brunswick in the 0-100 block of Wyse Road in Dartmouth.
The officers arrested a man who was sitting in the front driver side of the vehicle without incident.
Forty-six-year-old Shawn Perry of Saint John, New Brunswick, faces charges of possession of stolen property over $5-000 and joyriding. He is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today.
